Questionnaire for a prospective adopter of a stray animal

18+ With this questionnaire, we want to make sure that each adopter is aware of the responsibilities arising from raising the pet, is able and willing to bear the care morally, physically and financially. Not every person willing to adopt is a good fit. By completing this questionnaire, you will help us determine if you are ready to adopt a pet and if the animal you are interested in is a good fit for your lifestyle. Applications are reviewed and approved in the order in which they are received. If you were not approved for that animal, it does not mean that you are not suitable for adopting another. Upon adoption, an adoption fee of BGN 150 (optional) is due, which allows us to cover the mandatory examinations, tests, vaccines and deworming and consumables for each animal. All animals are neutered unless their condition/age does not allow it. In the event that the animal was not neutered upon adoption, the ADOPTOR undertakes to take the necessary measures and, after reaching the appropriate age of the animal, to castrate it.
