GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND ONLINE PLATFORM

The website and the online donation platform developed within it are the property of the “STRAY ANGELS” Non-Profit Organization and were created for the purpose of publicity in the implementation of the association’s activities, promoting its ideal goals and collecting donations in favor of “STRAY ANGELS” for their implementation.
These “General Terms and Conditions ” and the applicable norms of Bulgarian and international law govern access to the site and its use. By visiting and/or using it, you agree to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
“Website” means the “STRAY ANGELS” website. It may contain links to and/or content from other websites, including content protected by Bulgarian, European or international law, as well as content subject to copyright or related rights and/or other intellectual property rights.
Use of the website and its content is permitted solely for personal donation and informational purposes. Reproduction, copying and/or use of any part of the website or its content for personal and/or commercial purposes is prohibited.
The Website contains links to external websites. The links to them are provided solely for your convenience and “STRAY ANGELS” is not responsible for the owners and operators of these websites or for the services offered on them, nor for their content.
It is prohibited to use the Website or the Content in a manner that hinders other visitors, violates their rights, interrupts the proper functioning of the website, or adversely affects the information provided and/or the software that controls its functioning.
The responsibility for the use of materials and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Website is solely the legal responsibility of the respective visitor.
“STRAY ANGELS” processes and uses the data collected or provided by visitors to the Website in accordance with the applicable legal regulations regarding confidentiality and personal data protection.
Each visit to the Website is automatically recorded by our servers and technical data is analyzed – IP address, information about the Internet browser you use, the Internet site from which you visit us, including the date and time of each visit. This data remains anonymous and cannot be linked to a specific person. We use this data to analyze whether the Website is easy to use in order to improve the content and make it more user-friendly, in accordance with the purpose of the Website. We use the personal data you provide only if this is absolutely necessary and only if it is provided by you voluntarily and knowingly, for example for the purpose of online donations and subscription to an electronic newsletter.
PERSONAL DATA
By providing your personal data on the Website, you declare that: you provide your personal data voluntarily and of your own free will; you consent to the personal data provided by you being stored and processed by “STRAY ANGELS”, in accordance with these terms and conditions and the provisions of Bulgarian law; you agree to your name being published as a “donor” on this website.
ONLINE DONATIONS
These “general terms and conditions” describe the rules for providing the “Online Donation” service between the “STRAY ANGELS” NGO and the persons who supported the Association through online money transfer, hereinafter referred to as Donors.
The “STRAY ANGELS” website allows donors to make a donation through one of the following 3 methods:
• Debit or credit card
• ePay.bg internet payment system
• PayPal internet payment system
The donor indicates the amount they wish to donate by selecting one of the options provided or entering an amount of their choice.
The donor makes the donation in Bulgarian leva (BGN) or in a foreign currency with an equivalent in BGN.
The donor donates the indicated amount on the basis of Art. 225 of the Civil Code and free of charge in favor of “STRAY ANGELS”.
The donation made is not subject to cancellation or refund.
“STRAY ANGELS” accepts the donation with gratitude and undertakes to use the funds received in accordance with the goals of the Association.
DATA PROTECTION
Payments with debit/credit cards are made entirely through the Borica system. This ensures that your card details are not accessible to the Association and are not processed or stored by it. Financial information about users using the online donation service does not enter the “STRAY ANGELS” database, but is transmitted directly to the online payment systems used on the Website. After completing the registration in the specialized section of the Website for donations, the requested donation amount is automatically transferred to the benefit of “STRAY ANGELS”. Online donations are made in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for the use of the online payment systems of ePay.bg, EasyPay, PayPal, etc.
Your personal data, such as names, contact information, etc., will not be shared with third parties without your prior consent and will be used solely for the purpose of communicating with you.
CHANGES TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND WEBSITE MAINTENANCE
“STRAY ANGELS” may periodically make changes to these Terms of Use. By using the website, you accept the then-current Terms of Use.
“STRAY ANGELS” reserves the right at any time to change the format and content of the Website; to suspend the operation of the Website for the purpose of updating it or for any other reason, as well as to terminate access to the Website without notice and at any time.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes arising from these general terms and conditions or relating to their interpretation, filling of gaps, invalidity, execution and termination, as well as their adaptation to newly emerged circumstances, will be resolved by the Court of Arbitration at the European Institution for Mediation and Arbitration with its registered office at: Sofia, 16 Sveta Nedelya Square, 3rd floor, in accordance with its Rules for Cases Based on Arbitration Agreements.
